Group master plan
The General Plan section is an important part of the project. The main task of the “Master Plan” group is planning, development and improvement of facilities during the construction of oil, gas and oil and gas fields.
In addition, the group’s functional responsibilities include the construction, reconstruction and overhaul of roads of the transportation structure of industrial and field facilities.
The master plan section addresses the following issues:
- Optimal placement of buildings and structures, zoning of the enterprise territory, organization of cargo and human flows, routing of underground, surface and above-ground communications;
- Vertical planning of relief with construction of design horizontals, slopes and distances with adjacent objects, as well as the calculation of the volume of earth masses;
- Architectural-planning structure of the enterprises (character of building, unification of parameters and typification of elements of the general plan, shape and configuration of individual buildings and structures, their orientation according to the wind rose, noise protection, solution of the service network – catering, sanitary-hygienic and medical services, recreation, location of entrances and exits to the territory of enterprises, passages and squares, the possibility of expansion and reconstruction of enterprises, landscaping of the territory, sequence and completeness of construction on the order of the order of the enterprises’ expansion and reconstruction, the sequence and completeness of construction on the territory of the enterprises. The work is coordinated throughout the project with related specialized groups – from topographic surveying to the production of working documentation.
