Oil and gas production engineering and technology service
Development of programs and research support for pilot tests of the technology:
- application of cross-linked gel-polymer systems in production of viscous oils (µ≥30 mPa*s);
- application of surfactants to increase the oil recovery factor;
- application of thermal methods of extraction of high-viscosity oils (PTOS, electric heating, thermochemical reactions).
- Development of technologies for prevention and removal of salt and paraffin deposits.
- Conducting field tests of methods of prevention and removal of salt and paraffin deposits.
- Analyzing the results of industrial application of methods of prevention and removal of salt and paraffin deposits.
- Development of recommendations on improvement of methods of combating complications.
- Calculation of hydrate formation conditions and recommendations on their prevention.
- Calculation of specific hydrate formation inhibitor consumption for specific conditions of wells and fields depending on gas component composition.
- development of acid formulations for treatment of bottom-hole zones of wells depending on geological and physical characteristics and structure of specific fields.
- isolation of water inflows and equalization of the injectivity profile of production and injection wells (selection of the isolation compound formulation, development of technology, analysis of results).
- Analyzing the operation of the RPM system and developing recommendations for its improvement;
independent expertise of projects on oil recovery enhancement and oil production stimulation; - development of well control programs for wells with ICDs;
- development of associated gas utilization programs;
- determination and rationing of technological losses during storage, preparation, transportation and shipment of oil.
