Petrophysics Service
The service is equipped with specialised software tools ‘Geo Offise Solver’, ‘LogTools’ and ‘Interachtive Petrophysics’.
The service specialists have many years of experience in interpreting geophysical data from open hole and cased hole wells.
They are responsible for the relevant sections in reports of exploration drilling projects, reserves estimation projects, trial production projects and technological development schemes.
In the stocktake reports are the authors of the chapters:
- Lithological and physical characterisation of reservoirs and covers;
- Geophysical studies of wells;
- Methods and results of GIS interpretation.
The specialists of the service carry out works at the fields under development:
- Identification of watering sources and issuing recommendations on their elimination;
- Analysis of the idle well stock and recommendations on geological and engineering operations aimed at reducing water cut;
- Analysis of producing and injection well stock with recommendations on geological and engineering operations aimed at optimising well performance;
- Control over the energy condition of wells of the support network;
- Selection of wells for comprehensive field and geophysical surveys to clarify the current position of WOC and GOC.
