SP&EA personnel together with the management take part in the development of the enterprise’s strategy, selection and justification of economic objectives, creation of the necessary regulatory framework, analysis and evaluation of planned and actual results of the final activity.
The main functions of economic management:
information support (collection, processing, organization of information – registration of contracts, their execution, collection of information on costs and revenues of the enterprise)
analysis (analysis of the progress and results of the enterprise’s
activity, assessment of its success and opportunities for improvement, such as predictive analysis, operational analysis, current analysis – monitoring of contracts, execution of income and expenditure parts of the budget)
planning (forecasting, prospective and current planning –
preparation of financial and production plans on a monthly basis, for the year as a whole)
control (control over the progress of budget implementation)
harmonization of estimated documentation.
