OPTIMUM Design Institute LLP is a design company of a new type, which, relying on the world engineering and design traditions, accumulates the best intellectual resources. For 20 years of existence we have developed a high-class design school headed by leading specialists in their field. We provide a full cycle of research and design services to meet the requirements and expectations of oil and gas companies, in accordance with the advanced scientific achievements and technologies.

The quality policy is achieved through:

  • Customer orientation by identifying existing and anticipated needs, requirements, monitoring the degree of satisfaction, and improving the quality of projects performed, taking into account the customer’s wishes;
  • leadership of the Company’s management by setting goals for the management and subdivisions, creating conditions for their achievement and forming common values of the company;
  • employee involvement in the Company’s business processes by creating optimal working conditions, providing the necessary tools, regularly upgrading employee skills and motivating them; ongoing consultations and ensuring employee participation in the Company’s business processes.
  • a systematic approach to ensuring the management of business processes in order to improve them in accordance with the requirements of standards;
  • continuous improvement of the Company’s operations by introducing innovations, updating software, and optimising business processes.

The main objectives in the field of labour safety, health protection and environmental protection are:

  • planning and implementation of production activities taking into account legislative and other requirements adopted by the organisation in the field of occupational health, safety and environmental protection taking into account the requirements of ST RK ISO 45001-2019 (ISO 45001:2018) standards;
  • creation of safe working conditions and preservation of life and health of employees;
  • continuous improvement of professional level of employees, fostering a sense of responsibility for compliance with the requirements in the field of labour protection, industrial and environmental safety of production;
  • prevention of negative environmental impact of production activities, accidents, incidents and incidents.

To implement the Policy, the Partnership’s Senior Management assumes responsibility for the quality provision of services with safe working conditions, protection of personnel health, and preservation of a favourable environment.

The Policy is developed in accordance with the requirements of ST RK ISO 9001-2016 (ISO 9001:2015);ST RK ISO 14001-2016 (ISO 14001:2015);ST RK ISO 45001-2019 (ISO 45001:2018);

The Quality, Environmental, Occupational Safety and Health Policy is communicated to all employees working for the Partnership, kept up to date and made available for review by customers, shareholders and the public.
